About the Editor:

With a formal education in fine arts at Carnegie Mellon University and California Institute of the Arts, Ms. Nielsen was a successful art director before her passion for food led her to professional cooking, recipe development and food writing. She wrote and food-styled nearly one hundred cable and TVFN series and went on to edit numerous cookbooks. Most recently, Nielsen co-authored The Great Coffee Book for Ten Speed Press. Between travels to coffee-producing nations and quaffing great quantities of delicious decaf, she writes articles and reviews for many print and on-line coffee magazines.
