Café Alexandra

Makes 2 servings

This is a wonderful variation on the classic Brandy Alexander. We love it without the cream but go ahead and indulge if you want.

1 cup freshly brewed strong coffee
2 jiggers (3 ounces) brandy
2 jiggers (3 ounces) crème de cacao
2 tablespoons cream (optional)

  1. Stir together the hot coffee, brandy, and crème de cacao. Stir in the cream, if using.
  2. Serve in a beautiful glass packed with ice.
